RNA Isolation Kit
HIGHLIGHTS
Allows for the simple, rapid recovery of purified total RNA from a wide range of samples using magnetic beading technologies.
Reliable method for the isolation of total RNA from samples as large as 400ul.
Magnetic beading design allows up to 5 µg RNA to be eluted into as little as 50-100 µl of provided elution buffer.
Eluted RNA is suitable for use in RNA-based procedures including reverse transcription.
Omits the use of organic denaturants as well as proteinases.
Results obtained within 40 minutes
