NNIT and ArrayDiagnostica enters collaboration agreement.

NNIT and ArrayDiagnostica has entered a collaboration agreement regarding servicing of biotech and pharmaceutical clients.

NNIT has developed competencies in system development, processing and reporting of clinical data originally as support unit from Novo Nordisk. The agreement with ArrayDiagnostica means that the clinical processing will be combined with clinical professionals based directly at the sponsor or at sites delivering full service solution in regulatory and clinical support and project management directly to the sponsor.

The general cost of clinical studies has risen due to the harmonisation between AMEA and FDA and implementation of the clinical directive. The demands in general and the higher level of safety reporting introduce the need for a stronger clinical presents in the pharmaceutical and biotech companies as well as higher level of outsourcing.

Many clinical studies are outsourced to CRO companies (Clinical Research Organisations). Clinical work performed by CRO's as outsourced projects are very complexes and expensive. In addition to the outsourced cost the sponsor also need to allocate internal resources managing the CRO work.

Our business model is very simple, because we allocate the competence to the sponsor by placing our clinical professionals at the sponsor.
